Delivered in partnership with Upper Iowa University, a respected and regionally accredited academic institution, these courses provide the flexibility to meet your state board education requirements on your own schedule, from any location. With a fully asynchronous, assignment-based format, you can begin on the 1st of any month and progress at a pace that aligns with your career and personal commitments.

Courses are taken at Upper Iowa University and, after completion, the university will send your transcript directly to the state board. CPA Credits empowers you to seamlessly integrate high-quality education into your life, ensuring you achieve your professional goals with confidence and ease.

Our self-paced courses are designed to provide flexibility and convenience for working professionals seeking to fulfill their state board education requirements for CPA Licensure.

All self-paced courses start on the 1st of each month, and students must register by the 25th of the prior month to ensure enrollment.

Format and Structure:
The courses are completely asynchronous and fully on your own schedule. The self-paced courses are assignment-based, allowing students to manage their study schedule without time constraints. Assignments are open book and open internet, enabling students to access resources for completing their coursework effectively.

Accreditation and Support:
Offered through our regionally accredited partner universities, such as Upper Iowa University, our courses meet the standards of every state board, ensuring their acceptance and credibility.

Duration and Schedule:
You have 6 months to complete the course. That said, typically, our self-paced courses are structured to be completed within 3-5 weeks at a reasonable pace. On average, a student finishes 1.4 self-paced courses per month, with many students finishing more. However, some students finish the courses in a shorter duration, while others choose a more relaxed timeline. The flexible nature of our courses allows individuals to balance their professional commitments with their educational goals.

Course Completion and Enrollment:
Self-paced courses can be finished as quickly as you like, and you have 6 months to complete the course. You will need to complete one assignment in each course over the first 60 days, this typically takes 15 minutes. If you do not complete your course in 6 months, you can always pay an additional $150.00 and the university will extend the course 4 more months. If you do not do one assignment in your course over the first 60 days, the university will charge you an additional $125.00.

As per limitations set by our partner universities, a student can register for a maximum of three new courses each month. However, if a student has ongoing courses, they can still register for new courses the following month (For example, if a student registered for 3 courses in January and did not complete any of them, that student can still register for 3 new courses in February, thereby having 6 active courses).

Upper Iowa University Transcript
Upon completion of your course(s), students submit a simple transcript request form, and Upper Iowa University will submit the transcript directly to the state board – and/or any other location that a student wishes the transcript to be sent to. The transcript is sent quickly and comes directly from the university.
